What you'll be doing This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of our supply chain.
You'll be the link between production, procurement and our supplier base; planning replenishment, managing stock levels, and building supplier relationships that get us better price and service outcomes.
Your role will include: Managing reordering and replenishment cycles for ingredients and packaging materials Balancing minimal stock holding against the need to guarantee production continuity with no run outs, and no excess Monitoring stock levels, usage rates and lead times to set and adjust reorder points Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, including negotiating on price, service levels and delivery performance Working closely with production planning, procurement and goods-in to keep supply aligned to the production schedule Flagging and resolving supply risks before they become production problems Youll be joining a culturally diverse workforce where people look out for each other and take real pride in what they produce.
What were looking for We are looking for someone who has: Experience in material scheduling, stock control or supply planning ideally in food manufacturing or another fast-moving production environment Confident working with ERP or MRP systems and stock data A negotiator's instinct: comfortable holding suppliers to account on price and service Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure A proactive, problem-solving mindset, you spot the shortage before it happens If you want to be part of a business that values hard work, teamwork and doing things the right way, wed love to hear from you.
