What you'll be doing We're looking for an organised, level-headed Dispatcher to plan and coordinate our outbound vehicle movements.

You'll be the link between the warehouse, drivers and customers, making sure loads go out on time, routes are planned sensibly, and any issues on the road are picked up and dealt with quickly.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys keeping a lot of moving parts on track.

Your role will include: Planning and scheduling daily vehicle routes and driver allocations Coordinating load-out times with the warehouse to hit customer delivery windows Acting as first point of contact for drivers on the road, resolving delays and issues in real time Tracking deliveries and updating customers or the wider team on progress and exceptions Maintaining accurate records of routes, mileage, hours and vehicle checks Working closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams Supporting compliance with drivers' hours, working time and vehicle safety regulations Youll be joining a culturally diverse workforce where people look out for each other and take real pride in what they produce.

What were looking for We are looking for someone who has: Strong organisational skills and a calm head when plans change at short notice Clear communicator, comfortable dealing with drivers, customers and internal teams Confident using scheduling, route planning or transport management systems Previous experience in a dispatch, transport planning or logistics role is helpful but not essential Understanding of drivers' hours and basic transport compliance is an advantage If you want to be part of a business that values hard work, teamwork and doing things the right way, wed love to hear from you.
