What you'll be doing We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Dispatch Operative to join our warehouse team.

You'll be responsible for picking and loading orders accurately, keeping stock organised, and operating a forklift to move goods safely around the warehouse and yard.

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, pace and doing things the right way.

Your role will include: Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and to schedule Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Operating a forklift to move, stack and store stock around the warehouse Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock counts and inventory checks Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and compliant with food safety standards Checking goods for damage, quality or quantity issues and reporting discrepancies Working closely with transport, production and dispatch teams to keep orders on schedule Youll be joining a culturally diverse workforce where people look out for each other and take real pride in what they produce.

What were looking for We are looking for someone who has: Previous warehouse, dispatch or stock control experience Accurate, organised and comfortable working at pace Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team A valid, in-date counterbalance forklift licence is desirable If you want to be part of a business that values hard work, teamwork and doing things the right way, wed love to hear from you.
