Mash Direct is now recruiting a Head of Operations to sit on the Senior Leadership Team HEAD OF OPERATIONS (NI, ROI and UK) This is a newly created, full-time, role at Mash Direct which will require overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing production teams, production schedules, analysing operational processes, communicating with key stakeholders, and managing labour budgets to ensure efficient management of day to day operations.
Applicants should have a minimum 5 years experience in a senior role, preferably within an FMCG environment.
In addition, applicants should have Operations Management and Team Management skills Analytical Skills for process optimization Excellent Communication skills Budgeting and Financial Management experience Experience in manufacturing / production Knowledge of the farming industry Proven track record of success in a people leadership role A competitive, bespoke compensation and benefits package applies.
