Mash Direct is a proud, family-run business producing real food, done properly. From our farm in County Down to supermarket shelves across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK, we grow, cook and pack vegetables we’re proud to put our name to.
Due to increased customer demand and expanded production schedules, we’re now recruiting Frozen PM Operatives to join our growing factory team on our night shift as full‑time permanent roles working 45 hours per week, with a premium rate paid on hours worked over 46.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and peeling vegetables for production
- Manual handling of prepared goods
- Operating machinery to produce quality product
- Weighing and quality checking product lines
- Sealing products
- Sleeving
- Meeting wastage targets
- Basic clean down of machinery
- Following Health and Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Working hours:
You’ll work 5 days over 6, Monday to Saturday, as part of a 45‑hour working week. Shift times vary with production demands, but a typical day looks like 6:00am – 4:00pm.
