Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour + mileage. Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full‑time or part‑time. Working times are between 07:00 and 22:00.

Your role:

You will support individuals to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering personalised care based on individual needs and preferences
  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
  • Supporting with meals, medication and daily routines
  • Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Carrying out light household duties to maintain a safe environment
  • Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing

About you:

  • Previous experience in a care setting is essential
  • A caring and respectful approach
  • Dependable and professional in your work
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
  • Ability to work alternate weekends
  • Flexibility to cover a mix of early, evening and split shifts
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

*To be eligible for the £500 signing‑on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branch's needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week. The joining bonus will be paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing, £250 upon successful completion of probation.
