Your role:
You will support individuals to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering personalised care based on individual needs and preferences
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting with meals, medication and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Carrying out light household duties to maintain a safe environment
- Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing
About you:
- Previous experience in a care setting is essential
- A caring and respectful approach
- Dependable and professional in your work
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
- Ability to work alternate weekends

*To be eligible for the £500 signing‑on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branch's needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week. The joining bonus will be paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing, £250 upon successful completion of probation.
