Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

Pay & Benefits We recognise the value of the work you do and reward you accordingly:

• Average monthly guaranteed hours available
• £500 joining bonus
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
• Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
• Live-in care: £130 – £145 per day
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
• Holiday pay (12.07%)
• Company pension (3% contribution)
• Enhanced pay on designated holidays

About the Role As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Your role may include:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting with personal care and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Building meaningful, trusted relationships
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

*To be eligible for the £500 signing on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches needs. Along with being able to work at least 15 hours a week.

The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:

• £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing
• £250 upon successful completion of probation
