Home Instead Worthing is a CQC Rated OUTSTANDING home care provider, known for delivering high-quality, relationship-led care that allows older adults to remain safe, happy, and independent in their own homes.

The Role:

  • £130 per day
  • Working either every weekend or alternate weekends
  • Availability required between 8:00am and 10:00pm
  • You will work approximately 10 hours per day, with the remaining time made up of breaks
  • Supporting clients in their own homes across Worthing and surrounding areas
  • Driving is essential due to the nature of domiciliary care

Your day may include:

  • Personal care and morning/evening routines
  • Medication reminders and support
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship and wellbeing visits
  • Shopping, errands and appointments
  • Helping clients remain independent in the home they love

What we're looking for:

  • Previous care experience is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No sponsorship applications can be accepted
  • A caring, reliable and professional attitude
  • Someone who understands the importance of weekends in domiciliary care
