Providing care at home supports people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes, while continuing to live safely and confidently in familiar surroundings. We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing home care team. Whether you're looking for weekend-only work, weekday shifts, evenings, or a mixture of both, we have lots of hours available and can work with you to find a schedule that suits your availability.
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support while making a genuine difference to their everyday lives. Visits are never rushed and typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, giving you the time to deliver high-quality care and support.
We have a range of shifts available, including:
- 07:00 – 14:00
- 16:00 – 22:00
- 17:00 – 22:00
- 19:00 – 22:00
There is flexibility around times depending on your availability. Whether you're looking for weekend-only work, weekday shifts, evening work, or a combination of all three, we have a variety of hours available and will work with you to find a pattern that suits your lifestyle while maintaining continuity of care for our clients. Visits typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring continuity of care for the people we support.
Responsibilities when on visits include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Helping with household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Following care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Reporting changes in a client's health or wellbeing

- A minimum of 6 months care experience

- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
