Home Instead Monmouth is seeking an ambitious, driven, and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our young and rapidly growing branch.
Currently delivering 400-500 hours of care per month, we are ready to scale — and we\'re looking for the right person to take us there.
This is a rare chance to make a real difference. As our Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the service, developing the business, and embedding Home Instead\'s reputation for high-quality, person-centred care throughout the local community.
The Role
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC requirements
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional care
- Driving business development, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing care hours
