The Role
As an Experienced Home Care Professional, you'll support older adults to maintain their independence and quality of life at home through:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Companionship and meaningful conversation

What We're Looking For
We're looking for caring professionals who already have experience within care and understand the importance of delivering person-centred support. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Home Care Professional
- Experience providing personal care and supporting vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A compassionate and professional approach
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' paid care experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references required
