Mash Care are recruiting on behalf of Home Instead Chingford. If you've worked in care before, you'll know that the best care isn't rushed. It's built on trust, consistency, compassion and having the time to truly get to know the people you support. Our client is looking for experienced Care Professionals who want to deliver high-quality, relationship-led care that allows older adults to remain safe, independent and happy in the comfort of their own homes. If you're passionate about providing the standard of care every person deserves, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us: Our client believes care should be personal, dignified and centred around meaningful relationships. Unlike many care providers, visits are never rushed. Care Professionals are carefully matched with clients based on personality and shared interests, giving you the opportunity to build genuine connections while delivering outstanding care. With award-winning training, ongoing professional development and an excellent reputation for quality, this is an organisation where experienced carers are recognised, valued and supported.

What You'll Do: You'll have the time to care properly—not simply complete tasks. Your role may include:

  • Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
  • Building trusted relationships through companionship and conversation
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and light household duties
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping or social activities
  • Promoting independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing
  • Working closely with families and the wider care team to deliver exceptional support

Every visit gives you the opportunity to improve someone's quality of life.

What We're Looking For: We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced carers who are passionate about delivering exceptional home care. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care, residential care or community care
  • A caring, compassionate and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliability and commitment to providing outstanding care
  • Availability to work every other weekend

Drivers and non-drivers are both welcome to apply. If you're new to care but share our values and have a genuine passion for supporting others, full training is provided.

What You'll Receive: We believe great carers deserve great support. You'll benefit from:

  • Excellent hourly pay: £13.85–£14.00 per hour
  • Paid travel time and mileage
  • Paid award-winning training and ongoing professional development
  • Opportunities to develop your career within a respected care provider
  • Blue Light Card with national discounts
  • £200 Refer-a-Friend bonus
  • Supportive local management who genuinely value their Care Professionals
  • A welcoming team where your experience, skills and dedication are recognised and appreciated

Additional Information: Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required. Right to work in the UK is essential. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.

Apply today and our team will contact you within 24–48 hours. If you meet the role requirements, we’ll organise an interview straight away and help you complete everything needed to get started. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of the adults they support.
