We are recruiting experienced Live-In Care Professionals to support clients across Devon, including coastal locations as well as towns and rural villages. These are rewarding, long-term opportunities designed for carers who are confident working independently and committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

About the Role

You will provide live-in support within clients’ homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life in a comfortable and familiar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing live-in care within clients’ homes
  • Supporting with personal care as required
  • Administering and prompting medication
  • Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition
  • Carrying out light housekeeping duties
  • Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Supporting with appointments and social activities
  • Encouraging independence and wellbeing

Placement Details

  • Ongoing, long-term opportunities
  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
  • Regular handovers to ensure continuity of care
  • Driver with own car essential
  • Placements available across coastal areas, towns, and villages in Devon

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in live-in care (essential)
  • A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
  • Confidence working independently in a live-in environment
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
