Care Assistant – Littlehampton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with daily routines and maintaining a comfortable home environment
- Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling
- Assisting with medication reminders or administration (where trained)
- Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompanying clients to appointments or into the community
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Encouraging independence while promoting dignity and respect at all times
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
