Location: This role is based in North London, primarily covering Stoke Newington, and also serving parts of Stamford Hill, Shacklewell, Dalston, and Newington Green.
The Role: This is a role for someone who wants their work to truly matter. No formal care experience is required — your compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn are what count most. With full training and continuous support, you’ll have everything you need to succeed. You’ll provide both practical support and meaningful companionship to help older adults live independently at home.
Shift Patterns: We aim to offer flexibility that works around your lifestyle:
- Morning shifts: 07:00 – 15:00
- Evening shifts: 17:00 – 22:00
- Every other weekend required
- Full-time and part-time roles available
What You’ll Do: Our visits are never rushed — giving you the time to care properly and build genuine connections. You will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
- Create a safe, positive, and reassuring home environment
