About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes throughout the night. Your role may include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred overnight care
- Supporting with personal care and bedtime/morning routines
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Conducting welfare checks and responding to client needs during the night
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records and communication with the wider care team
