We are recruiting caring and compassionate Care Assistants to join our premium domiciliary care team supporting clients across Chichester, Bognor Regis and surrounding areas. Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates already living locally who meet the requirements of the role. Compensation and Benefits
- £29,000 per annum + mileage allowance £0.45 per mile
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week with flexible working patterns
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay
- Overnight care: £125-£135 per night
- Live‑in care opportunities: £130-£145 per day
- Holiday pay (12.07%)
