The Role
This is a role for someone who wants their work to have real meaning. No formal care experience is needed. Your compassion, reliability, and openness to learning are what truly matter. With full training and ongoing support, you will have everything you need to thrive and make a real difference. You will offer practical support and warm companionship to older adults who wish to remain independent at home.
Shift Patterns
- Morning shifts: 07:00 to 15:00
- Evening shifts: 17:00 to 22:00
- Every other weekend required
- Full-time and part-time hours available

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care with dignity and warmth
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities
- Create a safe, reassuring, and positive home environment

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and references. You must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
