Care Assistant – Bognor Regis & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage

Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
  • Helping with medication reminders or administration (where trained)
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with mobility and safe moving & handling
  • Assisting with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or into the community
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns
  • Encouraging independence and promoting dignity at all times
  • Building trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and families
