You’ll regularly visit the same clients, giving you the time to build genuine relationships and make a real difference.

Your role as a Care Assistant

You’ll support clients to remain independent, comfortable, and confident in their own homes. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with medication and daily health routines.
  • Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks.
  • Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance.
  • Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life.
  • Supporting clients with hobbies, activities, and outings.
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
  • Observing changes in wellbeing and communicating updates to the team.

Every visit lasts at least one hour—so you have the time to provide care with patience, dignity, and genuine connection.
