Bluebird Care are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a dedicated community care team supporting both children and adults across the Trafford area. What We Offer
- Flexible Zero-Hours Contract – Work around your lifestyle
- Competitive Pay: £14.00 per hour (weekdays), £14.40 per hour (weekends), Double pay on Bank Holidays
- Guaranteed Hours After Probation – Up to 50% of your committed weekly hours
- Variety of Shifts – Mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend availability required
- We support our clients between 7am - 10.30pm Monday to Sunday

What We’re Looking For
- Caring, dependable individuals with a genuine passion for supporting both children & adults
- Commitment to regular weekly hours (e.g. 10, 20, or 30 hours)
- Flexibility to work within agreed schedules
- Willingness to include some weekend availability (pro rata based on hours)
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
- Successful completion of probation period to unlock guaranteed hours
Location: We’re particularly interested in candidates based in or near Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon, Timperley, Sale, and Hale Barns.
