Mash Care is seeking an Experienced Support Worker – Community Based to provide one-to-one support to young adults in their homes and in the community across Shrewsbury, Church Stretton and surrounding areas.
Join a small, dedicated team with flexible shifts including full-time hours, sleepovers and a mix of day and evening slots.
The role offers competitive pay (£13.50-£14.00 per hour), bank holiday overtime, and mileage allowance, with training and ongoing support.
