Hours:Guaranteed hour contracts - Full Time and Part Time Availability (hours between 08:00 - 21:15), must be available to work alternative weekends. Weekend only roles also available

What you'll be doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life.
Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity and respect
- Supporting with morning and evening routines, including getting up, ready for the day, or settled for the night
- Preparing meals and drinks, and assisting with feeding where required
- Carrying out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying to maintain a safe environment
- Offering companionship—having meaningful conversations, providing emotional support, and reducing loneliness
- Administering or prompting medication in line with care plans
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns to the office team
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
