MISSION
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead Maserati’s marketing strategy and execution in Northern Europe (UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia). This role will be pivotal in elevating the brand’s local presence, driving commercial success, and ensuring seamless alignment with Maserati’s global marketing strategy. You will act as a strategic bridge between regional market needs and global brand direction, ensuring brand consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints. Success in this role means delivering localized, high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and uphold the luxury and innovation Maserati represents.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Strategic Marketing & Market Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the regional markets.
- Drive market-specific initiatives, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, to boost brand visibility and product awareness.
- Digital & Media Planning
- Design and manage local media strategies with a strong emphasis on digital and social platforms.
- Ensure compelling digital storytelling that aligns with Maserati’s global identity and standards.
- CRM & Customer Journey
- Lead CRM strategies across the entire funnel—from acquisition to loyalty—via eDEMs, newsletters, and personalized outreach.
- Manage lead generation and nurturing in partnership with the sales team to drive conversion and optimize performance tracking.
- Events & Brand Experience
- Plan and execute key local events including product launches, test drives, co-marketing activities, sponsorships, and customer loyalty experiences.
- Ensure every event reflects Maserati’s brand values and delivers a premium customer experience.
- Collaborate with PR to enhance brand presence across initiatives.
- Influencer Marketing & Brand Advocacy
- Support the development and execution of local influencer marketing plans in partnership with the PR team to drive awareness and engagement.
- Cross-functional & Dealer Collaboration
- Serve as the marketing lead with the regional sales team to define campaign goals and customer targeting.
- Partner with local dealerships to support the creation and implementation of compliant and effective marketing plans.
- Budget Management & Reporting
- Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Deliver consistent performance reporting and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid expertise in integrated marketing, digital strategy, CRM, and brand management.
- Strong project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the automotive sector or other premium/luxury consumer industries.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital campaign management software.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and budget management acumen.
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly collaborative.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
