Masentó are looking for a highly technical, security-first Access Management Technology Manager to own and secure our enterprise IAM landscape end-to-end, balancing both Build (architecture, roadmap, transformation) and Run (operations and service delivery). This role is critical in strengthening our identity security posture, driving the transition from Legacy systems (OpenAM, LDAP, MS AD) toward a modern, cloud-first architecture built around Microsoft Entra ID. Acting as the bridge between Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering, you will ensure our platforms are secure by design, strictly compliant, and deeply embedded with Zero Trust principles.
Your Tech Stack
- Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Zero Trust controls)
- Hybrid/Legacy: Active Directory, Federation services (OpenAM), LDAP directories
- SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Certificate PKI services (including Cloud PKI)

- Ensure total compliance, risk mitigation, and secure configurations across all AM components to mitigate end-to-end cybersecurity risks.
