Overview
Senior CX consulting leader required to own solution direction, delivery oversight, and pre-sales support across multiple client engagements. This is a hands‑on leadership role, sitting above configuration but close to delivery, acting as the escalation point and CX authority.
Responsibilities
- Define high‑level CX solution architecture and delivery approach (not config).
- Oversee 2‑3 concurrent projects as delivery lead and escalation point.
- Guide teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes.
- Support pre‑sales, demos, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, executable CX roadmaps.
Profile
Must have
- Senior CX consulting or delivery leadership experience
- Strong CX solution design capability (Sales/Service/Marketing)
- Experience overseeing multiple engagements
- Confident, autonomous, customer‑facing
Nice to have
- Consultancy background
- Pre‑sales and RFP ownership experience
