Masentó are supporting a British household name that is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Lead consultant to take ownership of the Recruiting and Performance workstreams. This is a hands-on functional role suited to someone who has led greenfield Workday implementations for Workday Recruiting and Performance, working closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and drive delivery end to end.

The Role:

  • Lead the implementation of Workday Recruiting and Performance
  • Own requirements gathering, process design, configuration oversight, and delivery
  • Act as the Workday SME, advising on best practice and “to-be” design
  • Provide guidance around integrations (e.g., job boards, third-party platforms)
  • Advise the L&D team on relevant training and change material

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience as a Workday Functional Lead / Senior Consultant
  • Proven delivery of Recruiting and/or Performance implementations
  • Comfortable leading without a formal Product Owner or large delivery team
  • Able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Strong communication skills – confident engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
