Senior Manager - SAP Data Migration (SNP/DMLT)

We are looking for a Senior Manager, SAP Data Migration to lead enterprise-scale SAP transformation and S/4HANA programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, extensive experience managing client stakeholders, and deep expertise in SAP data migration using SNP and/or SAP DMLT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstreams across S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and transformation programs.
  • Define migration strategy, governance, data quality, testing, reconciliation, and cutover plans.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Support business development activities, proposals, and solution design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
  • Proven leadership of SAP Data Migration workstreams on large-scale transformations.
  • Expertise in SNP Crystal Bridge/Selective Data Transition or SAP DMLT methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.
  • Preferred
  • Experience with both SNP and SAP DMLT.
  • SAP S/4HANA certifications.
  • Experience delivering global transformation programs.
