Masentó SAP are currently supporting a key client in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to join them on a contract basis.
Location: West Midlands (4–5 days on-site)
Contract: 6–12 months
IR35: Inside
The Role:
You’ll be leading a global SAP function, managing a team of consultants across core modules (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO), while driving delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning global SAP support and strategy
- Leading and developing a team of SAP functional consultants
- Driving adoption of standard SAP processes
- Supporting wider SAP initiatives (including GRC)
- Contributing to offshore team setup
What we’re looking for:
- 8–10+ years in SAP Service Delivery / Application Management
- Strong leadership experience managing SAP teams
- Deep knowledge of S/4HANA and wider SAP ecosystem (Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Background in logistics, manufacturing, or automotive industries
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage change effectively
