Masentó are supporting one of the world's leading engineering companies on their global SAP S/4HANA program. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new SAP S/4HANA global template. This role is central to ensuring a smooth transition to standardized global processes and successful adoption across all local functions. You will act as the primary bridge between local operations and the global ERP program team, coordinating stakeholders, driving readiness, and ensuring the implementation is delivered on time, on budget, and with strong user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local implementation of global ERP process standards across all relevant business areas.
- Drive the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA global template and ensure alignment with global program milestones.
- Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive local implementation plan.
- Oversee local project timelines, resources, budgets, and dependencies.
- Coordinate training, testing, go‐live preparation, and hypercare activities with local, divisional, and global teams.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate local project risks and issues.
- Document key decisions and provide regular progress reporting.
- Support critical project activities including user mapping, data migration, integration testing, and UAT.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management efforts within the local organization.
- Nominate and onboard local project roles, ensuring clear responsibilities and effective collaboration.
- Establish and manage the local meeting and governance structure.
- Liaise with divisional and global implementation teams for support and escalation.
- Ensure accurate user role mapping and access control.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven track record in leading cross‐functional teams and delivering projects at a local or regional level.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, engineering, or food/pharma‐related industries.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
