We’re looking for a forward-thinking SAP expert who can turn complex business needs into scalable, integrated solutions using S/4HANA and SaaS technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing- Architect for Impact: Define future-state business capabilities and design enterprise-level SAP solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Shape the Roadmap: Partner with the Head of Business Systems to build multi-year capability roadmaps that support business growth and transformation.
- Drive New Initiatives: Lead high-level solution design, capture business requirements, and contribute to compelling, data-driven business cases for new projects.
- Collaborate at Every Level: Build trusted relationships working closely with stakeholders in Manufacturing, Sales, Service, Finance, HR, and our senior leadership team.
- Lead with Strategy: Ensure all technology initiatives are set up for long-term success and aligned with broader corporate goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research emerging technologies and SAP innovations to bring fresh thinking to ecosystem.
- Proven experience designing and leading SAP S/4HANA and SaaS implementations.
- Strong background in solution architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF).
- Extensive SAP domain expertise—ideally in Finance, Manufacturing, and Aftermarket.
- Solid business analysis skills (e.g. process flows, use cases, capability mapping).
- Strong understanding of SAP integration methods and enterprise-wide systems.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align solutions to business value.
- Confident communicator—comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative and adaptable—able to work across diverse teams and functions.
