Masentó are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics System Expert to provide hands‑on support during the deployment and stabilisation of SAP S/4HANA within our supply chain operations.
Our client, a leading chemical distributor operating across multiple sites in the North of England, is implementing S/4 HANA. We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM / TM Power User to join the project team and support the business through UAT, go‑live, and the hypercare period.
This is a hands‑on, operational role working closely with the SI partner, project team, and end users. You will act as the bridge between the technical configuration team and warehouse / logistics operations, ensuring the solution is fit for purpose in a regulated chemical distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site support to end‑users during SAP S/4 HANA go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Logistics related issues promptly to minimise disruption.
- Assist with transactional guidance, process adherence, and system navigation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to escalatethand complex issues.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and informal training to users on best practices.
- Document recurring issues and feedback for continuous improvement.
- SAP S/4 HANA experience (mandatory) with strong knowledge of SAP EWM and TM.
- Previous experience in a post go‑live support position.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
