The Team
Our ERP practice partners with major global clients to design and deliver SAP‑enabled business transformation. We combine strategy, delivery excellence, and innovation to help organisations realise measurable value and accelerate their digital agenda.
The Role
We’re seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead large, multi‑country SAP S/4HANA programmes. You will:
- Own the full lifecycle of complex SAP transformations, from business case through execution and value realisation.
- Lead cross‑functional, multi‑vendor, global delivery teams with strong governance and risk management discipline.
- Drive Fit‑to‑Standard adoption and establish robust programme delivery frameworks.
- Influence senior stakeholders and shape decisions at C‑Suite level.
What You Bring
- 12–15 years in consulting, ideally with Big 4 or large‑scale advisory experience.
- Proven leadership of multi‑million‑dollar SAP programmes (ECC S/4HANA) across multiple geographies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping, selling, and delivering programmes $10m.
- Deep SAP domain expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
- Ability to challenge legacy thinking and drive harmonised, standardised solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including C‑Suite engagement.
- Experience leading global teams, including offshore delivery models.
- Track record of mentoring and developing consulting talent.
- Willingness to travel as required.
