Seeking a senior consultant to lead an SAP licensing, cost optimisation (FinOps), and programme delivery engagement. The role will assess current SAP commercial arrangements, identify optimisation opportunities, and deliver executive-level insights and governance.
Key Deliverables
- SAP License Assessment: Review contracts, entitlements, risks
- License Utilisation Analysis: Identify unused / underutilised licenses
- Cost Optimisation Report: Recommend savings and value improvements
- SAP FinOps Content Hub (SharePoint): Exec summaries, roadmap, user guidance
- Programme Governance: Delivery plan, backlog, status & risk reporting
Responsibilities
