We’re looking for driven Recruitment Consultants with proven experience recruiting within IT, ERP, or enterprise technology markets to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for hands‑on 360 recruiters who thrive in a sales-led environment. You’ll be managing the full recruitment lifecycle—winning new clients, developing long-term relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates across specialist technology markets. This is not a talent management, internal recruitment, or HR role; we’re looking for people actively billing and closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a full 360 recruitment desk within IT or ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, or wider enterprise tech)
- Generating new business through proactive sales, networking, and market mapping
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: client briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and placement
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working to clear KPIs with uncapped earning potential
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in agency recruitment (360 role essential)
- Must already be eligible to work in the UK
- Background recruiting in IT, ERP, or tech-led markets
- Commercial mindset with proven sales or billing success
- Confident communicator with high energy and resilience
