As Contract & Compliance Executive, you will support the full contract recruitment lifecycle, ensuring placements are set up accurately, compliantly and efficiently. Working closely with consultants, clients, suppliers and finance, you will manage contracts, onboarding and compliance across the UK, EU and USA, delivering a seamless contractor experience while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Set up new contract placements, ensuring all assignment details, rates, dates, purchase orders and client requirements are accurately recorded in the CRM.
  • Prepare, issue and manage supplier and client contracts in line with agreed terms and company processes.
  • Coordinate the supplier/contractor onboarding across the UK, EU and USA, including right-to-work/work authorisation, references, insurance, tax, bank details and client-specific compliance.
  • Support international contract administration, compliance requirements and communication with consultants, contractors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate supplier/contractor, client, placement and compliance records in Bullhorn, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Contract extensions, supplier/contractors competition, compliance documentation and work authorisation expiry dates across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to improving contractor care, contract workflows, compliance processes and reporting.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in contract recruitment administration, compliance or contractor onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of the contract recruitment lifecycle and contractor engagement processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information and compliance documentation.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with contractors, consultants, clients, payroll providers and umbrella companies.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of UK/EU contractor compliance, IR35 (and EU equivalence) and GDPR is advantageous.
  • Experience using Bullhorn or another recruitment CRM would be advantageous.
