Business Architect

Masentó are seeking a Business Architect to lead a strategic transformation initiative with our leading consultancy for a customer within the Alternative Credit industry.

You will be instrumental in defining, shaping, and executing a roadmap for business transformation, leveraging eFront implementation to enhance operational efficiency, data management, and technology-driven business processes.

This is a 12 month contract, where you will be required to go onsite 2-3 days / week in London, inside ir35.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis to assess current processes, systems, and operational challenges.
• Define and implement a transformation strategy, aligning business objectives with technology-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align transformation goals with the company\’s broader strategic vision.
• Provide guidance on business process redesign, enhancing efficiency, automation, and compliance.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment on objectives and execution.
• Develop performance metrics to track the success and impact of the transformation project.
• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and training for end-users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience within alternative investments, or private equity industries, is required (Direct Lending, Infra Debt)
• Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Transformation Lead, or Strategy Consultant.
• Expertise in business process modelling, enterprise architecture frameworks, and transformation methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, and project leadership within complex organisations.
• Experience with end to end processes, including Front Office, Operations links with TPA, Data management and consumer links (IR, Risk, Finance)
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate business challenges.
