One of the world's most recognisable food and beverage brands is transforming how it uses data and technology across global markets and needs a team of experienced Business Analysts to make it happen. This is a Wave 1 critical hire. You will join a strategy and technology delivery team working alongside Programme Managers, Senior engineers and Project Managers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to gather, challenge, and define requirements, uncovering the real business problems that need solving.
- Facilitating workshops to map current and future state processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Translating business needs into clear, unambiguous specifications documented in formats that engineers and stakeholders can both work from.
- Creating detailed process diagrams, data flow documentation, and system interaction maps using BPMN 2.0.
- Defining and validating acceptance criteria, ensuring what gets built maps back to the business need.
- Supporting the definition of benefits cases and ROI models alongside delivery partners.
- Liaising directly with digital, engineering, and technology delivery teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Supporting UAT, change management, and early life support as solutions go live.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience ideally within retail, food service, or multi-site operational environments.
- Strong BPMN 2.0 capability, with proven experience creating detailed process diagrams that work for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to business change management.
- Multi-site, multi-country requirements experience with an understanding of enterprise planning systems across operations, finance, HR, or food service.
- Experience with data modelling concepts and an understanding of how data flows through systems and platforms.
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Miro, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, able to influence at all levels including franchise partners and third-party suppliers.
- Comfortable working independently at pace in a fast-moving programme environment.
Nice to Have
- QSR, food and beverage, or hospitality domain experience.
- Experience on data platform or ERP transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Fivetran environments.
- Background in process improvement or operational efficiency programmes.
