We’re expanding our SAP Advisory practice and looking for senior SAP Finance experts who want to shape large‑scale S/4HANA finance transformations across Europe.

This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role partnering with CFOs, CIOs, and Finance Transformation leaders to design future‑ready digital finance landscapes and lead complex S/4HANA programmes.

  • End‑to‑end architecture and design of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across Record‑to‑Report, Controlling, Financial Close, Group Reporting, Treasury, FP&A and Central Finance.
  • Integration of SAP Finance with platforms such as BlackLine, Ariba, Concur, SAP BTP, tax engines, treasury systems, data & analytics platforms.
  • Definition of finance architecture roadmaps, target operating models, and transformation strategies.
  • Governance of solution quality, design decisions, testing, cutover and go‑live readiness.
  • Executive‑level collaboration through design authorities, architecture boards and workshops.
  • Contribution to major pursuits, proposals and commercial shaping.
  • Help build and scale our SAP Advisory capability across Europe.
  • Support alliance initiatives with SAP and key ecosystem partners.

10+ years delivering SAP Finance programmes, with strong S/4HANA architecture experience.

  • Deep functional knowledge across RTR, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and cross‑functional integration (OTC, PTP, PS, PP).
  • Experience leading greenfield, brownfield or hybrid S/4HANA transformations.
  • Understanding of European finance regulatory and compliance requirements.

Excel in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex client problems. Prefer advisory and architecture work over deep configuration. Bring resilience, high standards, and the ability to travel when needed.
