About The Role

Operating within the sales administration team, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer enquiries relating to outstanding orders and deliveries.
  • Liaising with other departments including manufacturing and dispatch to gain updates on processed orders, allowing you to keep customers informed.
  • Processing sales orders from direct customers, distributors and sales agents globally.
  • Maintaining, updating and creating new customer records on the ERP system.
  • Creating customer sales invoices and proactively following up for payment.
  • Forwarding technical sales enquiries to the sales team.

About You

The successful candidate MUST possess 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Administrator and be comfortable processing orders using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar. Past experience liaising with customers via email and phone is critical, as is fluency in English and the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered. My client is open to industry background; however, any experience in an engineering, manufacturing or other technical business would be highly advantageous.
