POSITION
As a Demand Generation / Marketing Operations Manager, you will ensure lead, demand and growth generation campaigns achieve their objectives. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and harmonising marketing processes across 10+ European operating sites.
- Be the key point of contact for marketing systems.
- Collaborating with the CRM Manager to identify and customise fields to allow for customer segmentation.
- Supporting in assessing, selecting and implementing an external marketing platform.
- Measuring, optimising and managing the new marketing platform.
- Managing campaigns from the end point of how we can nurture leads and automate marketing processes.
- Creating, executing, and monitoring the performance of B2B campaigns and provide the resources needed to meet sales objectives.
- Compiling regular reports on campaign performance vs goals.
- Collaborating with sales to ensure lead generation activities align with the wider sales strategy.
- Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities within the target markets.
PERSON
The role will suit somebody who is marketing process and platform led with a solid understanding of funnel tracking and lead scoring. My client is open on industry background, and is receptive to both B2B or B2C experience, however it is essential you have worked for a large multinational company and have a background in process integration and marketing systems.
