Head of Supply Chain – Manufacturing Are you a highly proficient, process driven change manager with proven success leading a UK Supply Chain function? We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the measurable impacts they\’ve achieved on Supply Chain performance and efficiency. Rewards & Benefits * £80K – £120K Basic – salary dependent on experience * 20% OTE Bonus * £6-8K Car Allowance * 5% Pension * Private Healthcare * WFH 1 day per week * Benefits About The Role As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will be pivotal in aligning strategy with operational excellence across demand planning, S&OP, supplier performance, and cost optimisation. Other duties include: * Providing leadership and guidance to a team of up to 8 direct reports and over 40+ indirect staff across Procurement, Planning and Logistics. * Ensuring department compliance. * Defining and implementing new processes. * Driving transformation and change across the UK Supply chain function. * Monitoring supply chain performance and identifying areas for improvement. * Analysing data and reports to track KPIs and identify trends. * Managing any risks to the supply chain. * Working closely with other functions including Production, Sales and Finance. About You The successful candidate MUST be a process driven change manager with extensive experience in the field of Supply Chain Management, gained within a global manufacturer. A related education or qualifications in the areas of Supply Chain Management would be highly beneficial but not essential. A full driving license is needed. Other key skills include: * Strong leadership with proven success managing large teams (indirectly 30+). * Willingness to travel in the Northwest when needed. * Demonstratable examples of process improvements. * Results driven. * Rights to work in the UK.
