Mascots Inc is recognised worldwide for creating magical mascot characters that meet Theme Park standards. We create magical character experiences at venues across the UK - and we need a people-person who loves making things happen behind the scenes as much as in the moment.
The Character Experience & Growth Coordinator will oversee day-to-day tasks, including coordinating character-related projects, managing client communication, planning events, and driving growth opportunities. This role involves responsibilities in sales, project management, and writing to ensure smooth execution of character experiences and initiatives. While the position is based in Ferndown, it is a hybrid role offering opportunities to work from home when applicable.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively manage client relations and create engaging content
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
- Experience in Event Planning and Project Management to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional character experiences
- Experience in the entertainment or creative industries is a plus
