You will manage multiple concurrent service projects, proactively identifying scope changes, risks, and technical issues and resolving them through structured, solution‑oriented decision‑making.
You will plan and execute projects by defining scope and deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across all project phases.
You will develop project proposals during the business development phase, including technical approach, assumptions, schedule, cost, and staffing.
You will lead and coordinate project teams by assigning responsibilities, ensuring quality assurance, and keeping delivery on schedule and within budget while communicating deviations transparently.
You will own and manage the change order process, negotiating changes with customers and managing expectations within agreed scope, time, and cost.

What you bring to the table:

- You have 3+ years of experience in project management and are confident handling complex project environments.
- You demonstrate strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, enabling you to assess risks, manage scope changes, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- You bring several years of technical engineering experience, ideally including large power transformer installation, maintenance, and testing.
- You have experience with electrical systems wiring; metal fabrication experience is a plus.
- You hold a PMP certification or are strongly motivated to obtain it.
