What Awaits You
- You secure and expand local and regional customer relationships and business activities through systematic prospecting, networking and regular customer visits.
- You present technical product information and conduct trainings for customers, agents and internal colleagues.
- You support the preparation of quotations and ensure structured project and quotation tracking through continuous follow-up.
- You monitor and coordinate complaint management for your designated countries in collaboration with internal departments.
- You plan, organize and execute customer sales events in your region.
- You prepare regular reports such as visit reports, market and customer insights and sales forecasts while maintaining close cooperation with our international sales organization in Germany and other subsidiaries.
What You Bring To The Table
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the power transmission and distribution field.
- You build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate confidently at all organizational levels and work effectively with customers, agents and internal teams.
- You excel in value-based selling: you research prospects thoroughly, identify customer challenges and convincingly articulate the value and economic benefits of our solutions.
- You work independently, reliably and with a strong sense of ownership, even under tight deadlines; willingness to travel is natural for you.
- You have strong numerical understanding, excellent presentation skills and a good command of written and spoken English; you are proficient in MS Office, with SAP and Salesforce knowledge being a plus.
