We are currently undergoing a corporatization restructure. The person in this role will be responsible for the HR activities inside all the corporate companies within the group.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function across multiple business units within the group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping HR strategy, strengthening company culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while supporting business growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage HR operations, drive talent initiatives, and support senior leadership in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across the group.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits structures.
- Lead HR reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Manage and mentor HR teams across group entities.
- Manage, develop, and cultivate a training system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience managing HR across multiple companies or business units.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- HR certification (CIPD / SHRM / HRCI) is required at level 5, preferred at level 7.
- Training skills and experience in developing leaders and managers.
