Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of professional culinary experience, with a significant portion in high-end or fine-dining Indian restaurants.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Exceptional expertise in a wide range of Indian regional cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative, refined, and visually stunning menus.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
