Masala Zone is known for its unique Indian food sourced from gourmet homes and street stalls across India’s regions. Located in the historic Criterion Restaurant building, opposite the iconic Eros Fountain in the heart of London, we offer a panoramic range of proper Indian food including pioneering street food, thalis, flavourful grills, regional curries, and biryanis, as well as brunch and afternoon tea.
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds; knowledge of Indian food is a bonus but not essential as we provide extensive food training.
The position involves leading the section with precision and charm as waiting staff.
Weekly hours: Minimum 30-35 Full-time. A mixture of shift patterns is available:
- 6.30 am to 2.30 pm (breakfast and lunch)
- 11.30 am to 11.30 pm (lunch and dinner shifts)
