Masala Zone is a restaurant that offers food uniquely sourced from the true origins of Indian cuisine, including gourmet homes and street stalls across India’s regions. Located in the historic Criterion Restaurant building opposite the iconic Eros Fountain in the heart of London, we combine a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, including pioneering street food, thalis, flavourful grills, regional curries, and biryanis, as well as brunch and afternoon tea.
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds; knowledge of Indian food is a bonus but not essential. Extensive food training will be provided, so if you are curious, we want to hear from you!
The position involves waiting staff leading the section with precision and charm.
Weekly hours: Minimum 30-35 Full-time. A mixture of shift patterns is available: 6.30 am to 2.30 pm for breakfast and lunch, and 11.30 am to 11.30 pm for lunch and dinner shifts.
