Masala Zone is known for its unique Indian food sourced from gourmet homes and street stalls across India’s regions. Located in the historic Criterion Restaurant building, opposite the iconic Eros Fountain in London, we offer a panoramic range of proper Indian food including pioneering street food, thalis, flavourful grills, regional curries, and biryanis, as well as breakfast, brunch, and afternoon tea.

The position involves working as a Bartender for a dispense bar, preparing a variety of cold and hot drinks while ensuring each drink meets our standards of flavour, presentation, and quality. Training is provided, but some previous experience is preferable.

Weekly hours are a minimum of 20 for part-time (including weekends) and a minimum of 35 for full-time. A mixture of shift patterns is available; however, breakfast shifts start as early as 6.30 am.
